Abstract The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Animal Products Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to licences procedures to run dairy plants. Section 3 establishes that no person shall carry on business as a dairy manufacturing plant operator in Saskatchewan unless he is the holder of a valid and subsisting licence issued under these Regulations.
