Abstract

Under these Regulations, the Kenya Dairy Board may appoint any person to be an inspector to exercise the powers and perform the duties of an inspector under these Regulations. All police officers shall be inspectors for the purposes of these Regulations. The Regulations define powers of inspectors in case of (suspected) infringement of provisions of the Dairy Industry Act or regulations or rules made thereunder. Obstruction of inspectors is declared to be an offence.
