These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 by: providing a new definition of dairy herd testing standard; extending the expiry time of a certification of herd testers which was specified in Schedule 1; and requiring every certified herd tester to provide further information to the Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited under Schedule 2.
