Abstract These Regulations amend the Dairy Industry (Herd Testing and New Zealand Dairy Core Database) Regulations 2001 by: providing a new definition of dairy herd testing standard; extending the expiry time of a certification of herd testers which was specified in Schedule 1; and requiring every certified herd tester to provide further information to the Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited under Schedule 2.
