This Act concerns the diary industry in South Australia. For the purposes spelled out in the Act, the Dairy Authority of South Australia is established and regulated. The Act consists of 33 sections and is divided into five Parts: Preliminary; The Dairy Authority of South Australia; Functions and powers of the Authority; Regulation of the dairy industry (licences) and Miscellaneous.
