Abstract These Regulations set out procedures and principles on the registration of dairies, and provisions on the powers and duties of inspectors in terms of food safety requirements, such as prohibition of the employment of sick animals for milking purposes, as well as, of infected persons in dairies; prohibition on sale or supply of infected milk; measures for the prevention of infection or contamination of milk; supply of safe water to dairies; and distancing of prohibited animals or things to dairies.
