Abstract

The present Act enacts the Forest Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to cut control of timber to be harvested. The text consists of 18 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Penalty for excess harvest (1); Adapting cut control provisions respecting conversion of timber sale licences (2); Licences affected by the Forestry Revitalization Act (3); Volume of timber harvested (4). Three Schedules are enclosed.
