Abstract These Regulations provide rules for the forms required by the customs laws; list of high duty and restricted goods, including animals and plant materials; report of the contents of every container and of all cargo in bulk intended for discharge in Barbados, including containers and cargo in transit or for transhipment; entries required to be made for imported goods other than goods in transit or for transhipment; transhipment procedures; discharge and landing of goods; landing of imported animals; remission or refund of any duties payable or paid on goods lost or destroyed; death of any livestock forming part of the ship’s stores, while in port; Entry outwards and clearance of ships and aircrafts; exportation of goods; permit to re-land goods shipped for export; removal of goods for warehousing; rent and charges on goods stored in Government premises; conditions of sales by auction; authorization of small craft to carry approved articles, including fruits and vegetables, to and from ships; issue and cancellation of clearing agent’s licence; and production of a certificate issued by the proper officer in court as evidence.
