Regulation 83 of the principal Regulations by amending paragraph (2) regarding the procedures for submitting the form set out as Form C. 23 in the Schedule. Furthermore, the Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by replacing Form C. 23 with the Form set out the Schedule and deleting Form C. 24. Form C. 23 concerns the declaration of passengers on whether they bring fruits, plants, flowers, vegetables, soil, meat, live animals and organisms, honey, wildlife products, plant material, food, animal products or live birds, or pharmaceuticals, or other articles listed in the Form.
