The Regulations, among other things: (a) prohibit the placing on the market of any specified curd cheese; (b) apply with modifications certain provisions of the Food Safety (Northern Ireland) Order 1991; and (c) provide for the inspection and seizure of products that are suspected of having been placed on the market in contravention of these Regulations.
