The present Guidelines enter into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

In the interest of a sustainable development, the present Guidelines shall grant subsidies for the: 1) Creation of new biotopes; 2) General measures to protect biological diversity; 3) Specific measures to protect and use nature adequately. The text consists of 8 articles.
