These Regulations enter into force six months after publication.
Abstract

This Law establishes provisions to prohibit cruelty to animals, abuse or incitation to animal abuse (sect. 2). Section 3 and 4 prohibits working animals against their physical conditions and killing of animals by any kind of poison. Under sections 5 to 7 the Director of the Veterinary Services shall appoint supervisors for the purpose of this Law and entitle them to carry out searches and investigate offences.
