Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Oil and Gas Act. The Regulation applies to oil and gas produced from a spacing unit or unit tract in which the Crown holds all or part of the oil and gas rights. Section 3 establishes that every holder shall pay a royalty to the Crown on oil and gas produced from a lease area as listed in this section. The text consists of 4 sections.
