Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
Abstract

This Act amends section 5 on functions of the Minister of Energy, and adds a new section 90A on disclosure of petroleum reserves and production information to the Secretary and publication by the Secretary. Two new paragraphs have been inserted in section 105 dealing with the regulation making power of the Governor-General.
