This Act enters into force 28 days after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
Abstract

Amendments have been made to section 11 on minerals reserved to Crown by inserting a new sub-section, and after section 61 two new sections have been inserted dealing with access to Crown land where minerals are not property of the Crown.
