This Act enters into force on 28 September 1993.
Abstract

Amendments have been made to sections 2, 7, 25, 32, 35, 42, 46, 54, 55, 61, 65, 90, 100, 107-110 and section 114. The amendments deal with the following: permits, duration of permits and permit holder’s rights; unit development; access to land for minerals other than petroleum; offences; existing privileges of permit holders; bonds and monetary deposits.
