Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 72 sections divided into seven Parts and three Schedules, establishes the following issues: Preliminary (1); Use of Crown land, including Protection of dedicated or reserved Crown land (2); Management and vesting of Crown land, including Land managers (3); Dealings and holdings (4); Crown land in Western Division (5); Administration (6) and Miscellaneous (7). The Regulations is completed by four Schedules as follows: Fees (Schedule 1); Penalty notice offences (Schedule 2); Standard form trust instrument for trust over institutional private trust land (Schedule 3); Schedule 4 is Repealed.
