There is also established, for purposes of the supervision of the Agency, a Joint Consultative Board. The Agency shall, among other things: (a) undertake the development and maintenance of rural infrastructure including rural water supply facilities; (b) mobilize rural communities to enhance their participation in, and co-operation with agencies involved in, rural development.
