The law also concerns registration of enterprises, investment policy and settlement of disputes between an investor and the Cross River State Government. The Bureau shall encourage, promote and co-ordinate investment in the Cross River State economy and shall, among other things: (a) register and keep records of all enterprises to which this Law applies; (b) identify specific projects and invite interested investors for participation in those projects; (c) advise the Cross River State Government on policy matters.
