Females may be the administrator or one of the administrators of her fathers, mothers or husbands estate. The Law also grants other rights to women and provides protection of women from degrading treatment and provides with respect to alienation of property. or interest in the matrimonial home. Subject to the provision of any other written law, where a man has two or more wives married under native law or custom, they shall enjoy equal rights, and have equal status in law. Full text English
