The present Act enters into force on 1 July 1984.
Abstract

The present Act provides for the continuation of a corporate body responsible for dealing with matters related to crop insurance including terms and conditions of crop insurance, losses to be provided for, designating crops as insurable crops, designating perils and determining coverage and values. The text consists of 24 sections.
