The present Regulation comes into force on 1 September 1995.
Abstract

This Act provides for the establishment of a corporate body responsible for dealing with matters related to crop insurance including terms and conditions of crop insurance, losses to be provided for, designating crops as insurable crops, designating perils and determining coverage and values.
