Abstract

This Regulation implements provisions of the Crocodile Trade (Protection) Act 1974 by prescribing minimum and maximum sizes of crocodiles to be acquired, possessed, disposed of or exported, forms for licenses to acquire, dispose of export a crocodile or permits for the taking, killing, acquiring, disposal of or possess of crocodiles, prescribing special conditions of licences, and to regulate returns by holders of licences, export of crocodiles, registration of crocodile farms, levies, warrants and some other legal matters.
