These Regulations entered into force on 1 March 1988.
Abstract

These Regulations, as regards the territory of Gibraltar, are setting the food safety standards and issues as regards the mandatory heat treatment for cow’s milk deriving food product here defined and named as cream. The text is divided into 7 different sections as follows: Title and Commencement; Interpretation; Exemptions; Heat treatment of cream; Records; Penalties; Application of various sections of the Act.
