The present Regulation enters into force on 9 July 2010.
Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Natural Products Act. The purpose of the Regulation is to establish an Agency for the following purposes: a) the promotion of the consumption and use of the regulated product; and b) research activities pertaining to the regulated product. The text consists of 11 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Plan (1); Powers of Agency (2); Levies and charges (3); Commencement (4).
