Abstract

This Subchapter contains rules relative to the commercial harvesting and taking for own use of specified crabs and lobsters. They prohibit the taking of crabs and lobsters smaller than a prescribed size and those that carry eggs. The Regulations prohibit the commercial exportation of crabs and spiny lobsters.
