Abstract

This Act provides for the public control of country markets and provides rules for the operation of such markets. Country markets may be declared by the Minister by Order. The Minister may regulate the sale of marketable commodities such as meat, fish and vegetables. Fresh meat and fish may not be sold outside certain markets.
