The present Regulations enter into force on 1 January 1990.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the counselling of farmers who need financial assistance. Section 3 lists liabilities that are permitted to be consolidated for the purpose of obtaining a loan. For example, payments for fertilizer, fuel, feed, maintenance, premiums for crop and hail insurance, farm operation charges, etc. The text consists of 10 sections.
