Abstract: This Regulation provides for the allocation of the fishing opportunities established under the Protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius. The allocation concerns tuna purse seiners and surface long liners flying the flag of Spain, France, Italy, United Kingdom and Portugal.
