Abstract

This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities for 2013 for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks in the Black Sea (namely turbot and sprat). These provisions apply to European Union vessels operating in the Black Sea. The Regulation establishes Total Allowable Catches and allocations, as well as conditions for landing catches and by-catches.
