Abstract

For the purpose of implementing article 2 of the Agreement and for the period 18 January 1996 to 17 January 1999, licences to fish simultaneously in Seychelles' waters shall be granted to 42 ocean-going tuna vessels. In addition, certain authorizations may be granted for other categories of fishing vessels on terms to be establishes within the Joint Committee referred to in article 7 of the Agreement.
