Abstract

By this Regulation the Council of the European Community approves the conclusion of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Kiribati. Moreover, the Regulation concerns the allocation among Member States of the fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol to the Agreement.
