Abstract

This Regulation lays down certain amendments and addenda to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). Firstly, it amends article 11 (3) concerning national strategy plans. Moreover, it inserts new provisions dealing with requirements to be met for receiving payments and provisions on holdings undergoing restructuring due to a reform of a common market organization.
