This Regulation came into force on 11 October 2000.
Abstract

The present Regulation has been enacted to prohibit the release for free circulation in the Community of Atlantic swordfish of the CN codes specified in article 1 and originating in Belize and Honduras. The landing of such products for the purposes of Community transit is forbidden as well.
