The Regulation entered into force on 11 October 2000.
Abstract

The release for free circulation in the Community of Atlantic blue-fin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) of the CN codes specified in article 1 originating in Belize, Honduras and Equatorial Guinea is hereby prohibited. The landing of the products aforementioned for the purposes of Community transit is forbidden too.
