Abstract

The present Regulation lays down certain amendments to Annexes IA, IB and III to Regulation (EC) No. 27/2005 establishing for 2005 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Community waters and, for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are required. The amendments laid down to Annexes IA and IB refer exclusively to the species herring and Greenland halibut. Annex III is supplemented by inserting Part J, which applies to octopus.
