Abstract

This Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to European Community provisions relating to direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy. Firstly, the Regulation amends certain provisions contained in articles 6, 7, 44 and 71 of Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003. Secondly, it lays down some amendments to article 51 of Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005. The amendments concern minor cases of non compliance with the cross compliance requirements established within the common agricultural policy.
