The Regulation entered into force on 1 July 2001.
Abstract

This Regulation prohibits the release for free circulation in the Community of Atlantic bigeye tuna (Thunnus obesus) pertaining to the codes referred to in article 1 and originating in Belize, Cambodia, Equatorial Guinea and Saint Vincent , the Grenadines and Honduras. The landing of such products for the purposes of Community transit is forbidden too.
