A committee will be established to be concerned with applications for licensing and registration and following up on poultry farms (Art.2). No person shall create or expand a poultry farm unless licensed by the Ministry (Art.3). Article 5 states that poultry farms failing to meet the conditions of the bio security program issued by the Ministry cannot be granted a license. The Resolution sets forth the requirements of imports and the effective and expiration dates of licenses (Art. 6 &10). Any suspicion of the existence of any medical condition must be reported (Art.14). Any violation to the provisions of this Resolution will be penalized (Art.16). Full text Arabic
