Abstract

This Directive shall apply to extra jam, jam, extra jelly, marmalade and chestnut purée. Member States shall take all the necessary steps to ensure that the products defined in Annex I may be marketed only if they conform to the definitions and rules laid down in this Directive. In Annex are indicated the finished products and raw materials definitions authorized treatments and additives.
