In compliance with new article 6, point (a), as modified by article 1 of this Directive, as soon as the presence of a fish disease has been confirmed in an infected farm, all fish shall be withdrawn in accordance with a scheme established by the official service of the competent Member State and approved by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in article 19(2).
