This Directive came into force on 25 March 1999.

Abstract

This Directive lays down some amendments to certain Community provisions in force dealing with the animal feed sector. In particular, Directive 70/524/EEC is amended by article 1 of this Directive as follows: paragraph 6 is added to article 13; article 16a shall be inserted. Furthermore, paragraph 4 shall be added to article 3 of Directive 82/471/EEC (art. 2); in article 2(1)(c) of Directive 95/53/EC, the third indent shall be replaced (art. 3); the second and third sentences of article 6(2) of Directive 95/69/EC shall be replaced (art. 4).
