The Act also defines powers of inspectors and prescribes penalties. The Governor-General may, by Proclamation, published in the Gazette, declare any period of each year to be a close planting season. The Proclamation may be made for the whole country or for specified areas may prescribe different close planting seasons for different areas. Full text English Website www.laws.gov.ag
