Abstract

These Rules, made under section 13 of the Cotton Ordinance, 1949 and deemed to be made under section 18 of the Cotton Act, prescribe the form of: licences to gin and sale cotton; applications for licences to buy seed cotton grown by tenants on a private estate; licences to buy seed cotton grown by tenants on a private estate; applications for licences to buy seed cotton grown on customary land; and licences to buy seed cotton grown on customary land.
