Abstract

This Act imposes a levy on all cotton exported from Barbados and provides that proceeds shall be paid to the credit of the Barbados Cotton Growers Association. The Barbados Cotton Growers Association shall, out of the proceeds of the levy collected under this Act, remit to the West Indian Sea Island Cotton Association such sums as shall be determined from time to time by that Association.
