Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Forestry Law, in its version of 22 July 2005. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management and control of corporative forests. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Forest management plans and forestry reports (I); Forest management and forest organization (II); Oversight, local competence of forest authorities (III); Final provisions (IV).
