Abstract

This Chapter of the Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) concerns corporations for irrigation, drainage, water supply or flood control. Specifically, the Chapter provides extensive list of rules governing their operations; reorganization of districts as corporations; corporations organized chapter 172, Oregon Laws 1911; and inclusion and exclusion of land by the corporations.
