Abstract

This proclamation by the Governor of Alabama proclaims a state of emergency due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The proclamation and its supplemental proclamations, among others, provide a notice that price gouging is unlawful; postpones certain state tax obligations; and provides support for rural electric cooperatives.
