No person shall remove or wilfully damage or wilfully impair the growth of any marine fauna or flora in a coral reef preserve. Having in possession or custody of any marine fauna or flora removed from a coral reef preserve shall also be an offence. A map delineating the coral reef preserves shall be deposited with the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries.
