Abstract

This Act declares the waters specified in the Schedule, and the sea-bed thereunder, to be coral reef preserves. No person shall remove or wilfully damage or wilfully impair the growth of any marine fauna or flora in a coral reef preserve. Having in possession or custody of any marine fauna or flora removed from a coral reef preserve shall also be an offence.
