A person must not export desiccated coconut or desiccated coconut peelings and residue as copra. Desiccated coconut or desiccated coconut peelings and residue exported must be clearly marked on the bag or other container: (a) as desiccated coconut or desiccated coconut peelings and residue; and (b) with the place of origin. Copra intended for export shall be classified into one of the grades specified in article 3. Article 6 prescribed packing requirements.
