The Minister may appoint Inspectors for the purposes of this Act. Section 3 prohibits the production of sub-standard copra, and in particular declares production of copra from immature coconuts to be an offence. It also prohibits trade in copra that does not comply with specified characteristics. Section 4 provides for inspection, whereas section 5 concerns examination of copra for export.
